Anyone have expierence with Snow Guard for metal roof

Last year I built my pole barn and I installed the overhead doors under the eves. I like the looks of the building, but it has created a problem the snow slides down the roof blocking the doors.

I have located a product called snow guards which addresses the problem and I was wondering if anybody here has used them good or bad.

If you heat the building intermittently you may have
a ice jam problem with them, I had to increase the air flow
under the roof.

Building not heated yet. Has two ten foot ridge vents and cupola should have plenty of air flow.
