Making thicker ice right now as I type should be able to walk on it next week....looking good so far !

Should be making really good ice all over the northwoods now. Maybe a good start for once...

Let's be patient and just hope this cold weather sticks around to freeze up the ground, lakes, swamps, creeks etc.... good. I'm not saying -10*, but just keep the high temps under 30* and the lows down around 15 or so. Then it can snow all it wants. WooHoo.

Good to hear I was wondering about that? I'm thinking we won't see moving water until mid April 2014.
