When this sled sits oil comes out the exhaust????

Runs to rich, unburned oil builds up and seeps out the pipe when sitting.

My 2002 ZR 600 EFI, my sisters 2003 ZL 600 EFI, and my friends 2002 ZL 600 EFI all will drip oil out of the exhaust. For me, it means the engine is getting plenty of oil, which is good IMO. I just take it as something that is supposed to happen...

side note oil will not ignite like gas so you are actually running your sled lean when running too much oil .but that is what is going on with yours do the math on oil usage bet you are using way too much

I would guess that all these sleds are power valve motors, correct. The oil that you see is coming from the power valve drain hose. If you look under the sled you will see a small hole about the size of your little finger, in front of the muffler outlet. The oil that you see coming out of this hole is normal.

Thanks guys I will check both. The dealer said to my partner this was a normal condition. I just want to make sure. Plus it's leavin a mess on my man cave floor.
