Arctic cat zl rear suspension set up

So I am working on a zl 800 for a larger gentleman (275lbs), he cracked the rails from bottoming out so I got a new rear skid. I also got rebuildable shocks all the way around and heavier coil springs. Not being a cat guy I was wondering what all the holes in the rails for the rear arm do?

Any other setup suggestions?
