They all litigate against each other all the time. This looks a little more serious though. It will cost AC to try to get around it though. And it will go on for years.

Just pay BRP a licensing fee of $135 for the issue per machine.
Isn't that how Polaris got to using "PERC" that Ski-Doo developed?

Textron certainly has the money to continue the legal battle I just don’t know how motivated they are to do so. Yamaha is in the middle of this too but probably won’t spend 2cents on legal since procross is an AC product. Who knows on this one???

Polaris got the perk reverse because ski doo copied the unequal length radius roods on front suspension on the 2001 edge design

This is funny. Cat should sue BRP and Polaris for the slide rail rear suspension and the a-arm front suspension. Plus placing the engine in front of the track, low in the belly pan. Just for starters. (My comments are just to demonstrate how crazy this all is. Ski-doo and Polaris people, don't get your feathers all ruffled up.)
