Started out in New Richmond -20 Friday morning, made it to Winter by Friday afternoon, Through Clam Lake Saturday, back home Sunday afternoon, 405 miles with my 16 year old! Awesome weekend of riding!

Pretty cool to see a black XC. First new sled my wife ever had was a black 99 XC. Ran like a swiss watch and is still going strong in northern MN.

That's a 500, my son said he had it pinned to the bar across that lake for about 2 miles, had all I could do to catch him on my 700. 9950 miles on her now!

I bought 2 of those 1999 500's for my sons and they were some of the fastest sleds I've ever had! Very light too and reliable as heck.

The only real problems I've had with it (besides jetting it down) are the sway bar bushings busting out. I solved that with custom made STEEL bushings to fit the egged out hole, no more of those plastic pieces of crap. A little grease every 3-4 hundred miles, showing no wear so far!

Great pictures Kevin. I had a 2000 500XC and it was a phenomenal sled. When you getting up north? It's guys weekend this coming weekend.
