Bad run in service wise

Had a terrible run in with a select arctic cat / ski doo dealer here in northeast IN ordered 6 inch bar riser new cable last month and new speedo (cracked mine stopped working) well i took it in since anything you order they put on for what they told me was a very discounted price per hour well after picking it up and reviewing my final bill i was very upset i wont give details but it was well over double what they told me and wouldnt even tell me why they charged me so much. needless to say i will not take my sled there ever again ill take it to planet powersports in MI who has never overcharged me or ripped me off

see they gave u a hr discount but failed to tell u the discount rate is if they work with 1 hand in the dark it is in the fine print i am sure

You guys know who im talking bout.. it made me so mad ive taken them alot of sleds and never had an issue always told me what was goin on and so on. started goin to planet powersports cause thats where my sno pro came from. idk if i pissed em off because i got it through planet or what. but im done with em

dont blame u its really hard to find a place u can trust i go to a smaller local place they seem to be very fair so far o and by the way my wife is from the Fort you wouldnt happen to know any Evans would you.

It's a different part of the state, but I had bad luck with service on my sled a few years back on NW Indiana. I think in general it's hard to find the expertise and experience in a shop outside of the snowbelts.

I've bought my last (4) sleds from "this shop" and never had a problem. Buy local, it may be a bit more but it pays off in the end. The grass isn't always greener on the other side...especially with Planet....

I bought a crossfire from there used sleds area great sled but i wanted that snopro bad love that race platform and they didnt have one and told me they couldnt find one at other places thats why i went to planet i was upset that they didnt seem like they wanted my buisness. i told em id pay cash for one still didnt care. so i drove up got it rode it no isses had planet do the services and couple other things like said ordered a few things through (this shop) they put them on and ripped me off. i try to stay local as i can but they totaly PIZZLED me off. Saber1 i know a few one being Rob and other being jimmy there sledders also both from north side of ft wayne.
