That looks like it will work and probably cheaper than DriCore.If you use 4x8 sheets of plywood or OSB you will need to fasten them to the concrete floor with some tapcon type anchors. The only advantage to DriCore is it is 2x2 pieces and floats on the concrete floor, I don't believe there is any attachment needed.

Thanks for the link. Dricore is ~$1.57 sq ft (Menards) and the Delta-FL is $0.59 sq ft. If I use laminate flooring I don't need to put any OSB or ply down over the Delta product. I think I found my solution. Now to find a sale on laminate flooring.
