Looking to ride the railroad grade from Ashland to Superior on Saturday. I realize this area did not get any snow from the last storm. Looking for any input on what the condition of those trails may be. Also wondering if there are any good stops along that trail.

THANKS in advance for any information.

The Hwy 2 corridor(railroad grade) is no even close to beingt the best ride up here. Flat, hundreds of stop signs and very boring plus the conditions to the west towards Superior have been lacking.

Unless you need to do it, I would consider riding in the Valhalla/Bayfield area. Trails there are not as good as the past week, but will provide fair to very good conditions. No snow in the forecast.
