Lake superior brewing company in Grand Marais, Mi has a breakfeast that is generous enough for a lumberjack and tasty too. I am always ready to patronize the local businesses up north because I know they count on the tourist dollar to make a worthwhile and profitable season for themselves and their employees.

Paradise in Calumet had great breakfast salsa burritos. Used to hit them once or twice a trip when we go, I was very upset when they closed up. sad.

good little place in Mercer also across the street from that big hotel on 51. Remembered feeling uncomfortable and needing a nap afterwards for under 8 bucks. and I'm a eater!

I eat there often. A short one mile walk from the cabin. The only complaint I have is the cigarette smoke in there.
