Pete (whitedust) had texted me this morning a link to facebook, I don't face book so I responded I was unable to open it and he responded that it was a version of the "Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald" that he thought I would like. I responded that the best version of that song was done by "Home Free" and turns out it was the version he was steering me to. If any of haven't heard this version, google it..... "The Wreck of The Edmund Fitzgerald" by "Home Free" IMO.... One of those cover songs that is way better than the original.

I saw a video of them a few days ago, done a cappella, very impressive. I still say Gordon Lightfoot's is the best, but this one is real good. Here is the link via YouTube, enjoy.

Yep Mezz this live version in concert is what I sent to Brian. Outstanding imo read all 29 names. I was very impressed with the rage of storms of November when I lived in Phelps. We lived for days with wood heat , no water , no electricity ,always started out as rain ended up as snow and the wind raged thru the forest trees had yell to be heard over the blow. Very impressive!!
