have had a plastic one for about 10 years,dont know brand,but works well. I think its either a tempo or moeller. one thing I did was put a pressure gauge and a valve stem in the tank. I put the stem in the filler cap and gauge in another cap on top. if you pressurize it with 5 psi=now you can pump uphill. works great if you have air nearby,like at my shop.it still gravity feeds the same

That's a great idea with the valve stem and pressure gauge. I have a 15 gal. Gravity feed seems to take forever to fill the sled.

it works very well,just be aware that the more fuel in caddy=less air,so you have to put air in more often. mine sits outside my shop,with the air just inside door. I got sick of hanging onto a 5 gallon can, along with the spills.
FWIW:
ebay has the plastic vents to install on the new fuel containers..just drill a 1/2" hole and it's like the old days again.

I bought one of the 110 gal aluminum tanks with an electric pump and an auto shut-off nozzle. Yes, it was a little pricey but it has turned out to be the best investment for my snowmobiling I have ever spent. If you want one that is portable I would use a 35 gallon drum and buy your pump accessories and strap it to a hand cart. http://www.jmesales.com/
