The Black Oak Inn has better food than Bents in my groups opinion.Bents is still a nice place to visit and an awesome view at the bar but it is a bit pricey.

Why does most everything seem to taste better up in the Northwoods ? I mean we have good food here, but from the burgers to steaks and fish etc.... I can't wait, going to try and sneak up before Christmas if the ole' weather cooperates !

Probably gonna sound crazy to those who have been there, but my family's first stop has to be The Alpine in Harshaw. Awsome Mom and son operated with just great bar food. Huge portions with good prices.
