blutooth - 09 XTX. Has Klim done anything to thier 2010 boots that would make sense to p/u the latest version, or are the changes purely cosmetic?

the new klim gtx boot is the way to go, but it sound's like a pretty simple answer to your problem.you need lighter boot's.. i don't wear anything heavier than 400 gram's till it get's down to zero or below, the boot's are to hot, and i get alot of heat of my footwell's on my 02 classic and 03 pro x .. a real good boot is the north face winter back packing boot 8" high 400 gram's water proof, great support and incrediable grip on the sole stiff but not like a race boot or snowboard boot.. i swearby them till it get's really cold..

Hey guys- anyone out there heard of Baffin boots. They look and sound like pretty nice boots and affordable at just over 100 bucks. ??

Rocky Blizzard Stalkers. Rated to -100. Couple that with a pair of smartwool, and they always work for me. My feet do sweat, and the socks at the end of the day do have a little dampness to them, but you're not going to avoid that. Are they really wet? no. My feet are NEVER cold.

I bought a pair of baffins a few years back, and they will be the only brand I ever buy again. Been in the UP in -10 degree, and my piggies were still nice and toasty..

RU Outside boots r on sale for $90 on their website. I bought some last year for full price and am very happy with them. I was wearing very old sorel pac boots before that, so I don't have much to compare to though.

I wear Columbia Titanium boots, best boots I have ever owned. I wear a single pair of socks and have warm and dry feet every ride.

I wear LaCrosse Icemen boots. Have had them since 1998. They look like a big olive green club, but my feet stay warm and they aren't wet. My feet don't sweat much either so that may help. Also, anyone ever try Gold Bond Foot powder inside your wool socks? I have done that and it does work very well. Also the boot doesn't smell lilke the bottom of the locker room trash can after a Packers game, either!! A friend has the Trukke boots and loves them.

I used to wear big, heavy, warm Sorels, now I save those for sittin in the deer stand and got RU Outside boots\socks for sleddin which are warm as well and better foot support. They seem a little heavier than something like KLIM Adrenaline but do keep the feet warm and dry.
