thought this was a post about walking the "Mighty Mac" on Labor Day I'd love to do that just once Got that on my bucket list of things to do THINK SNOW + ROCK + ROLL + FUDGE!!!!!

A high school buddy's oldest graduated from High School, so they are having a graduation party for him that Saturday, plus I have to work next Friday, overtime pay. Gotta make it, to spend it eh?

2nd stop-Krupps mini mart-Deb get them apple strudels ready
3rd stop-BUG BAR- Don and Donna are icin down the coors!
4th stop-Ramada- a little Kareokee is in order!

Sat- look out! who knows!

ok I got to ask what the heck is this Bridgefest? Where is it at ? Can you get fudge here? I hope you all have fun and if there is fudge here ya'll eat some for me please :p

Bridgefest is a birthday celebration of the bridge between houghton and Handcock mi!
There must be fudge there!

Maybe able to find fudge but that's the Big Mac's famous treat. This weekend is seafood feast, course there must be a famous pasty somewhere to be found. Either way good treats, brews and activities to be had for all.

My two kids, wife, and I made it up for the fireworks last night. we stayed a ways away from the action as I have a "permanently wound" 2 year old boy. We sat in a beautiful place by the bridge but it was a tad in the way(or really in the way). Here are a couple of shots. Only so so on the FW display.
