DNR says that there are no cougars in the UP too - but the deer regs. state you can't shoot them????

i hadda cougar come across my truck cupl years ago..nose to tail wider than truck..outa nowhere...no braking time..once stride across road...pulling sleds to the yoop..cutting thru the forest thought id save time from mn..
