and not sure how to handle the situation in the future. This past weekend, our best weekend for the year we got burned,we had 10 on a waiting list and on Fri. turned down 5 calls and on Sat. 6 calls. I was nice and let Fri. go by and then called and left a message to please call me if they weren't coming Sat.,I should have given their cabin up, but was afraid they were just late.. guess what, they stuck me, no call no show. So our policy may change for busy weekends from here on. Want to thank all that were patient with the computor crash at the station that left us with 1 gas pump and no register, we appreciated your patronage and patients. Some input on this would be apprecated, don't want to sound like I'm whining, would just like to give the best customer service possiable, but not take a loss like this again, it happens to alot of us in this industry.
