Buddy and me both bought new BV2S helmets this year and after two days of riding the visor won't stay open. Have tightened as much as I dare and it is still loose. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it, very annoying. Spent a lot of money to have a very basic helmet funtion not work.

No, sorry. Take it to your place of purchase for repair. Check for loose mechanism screws under the side covers, if you are mechanically inclined.
JC, The Visors pivot on the large Silver Screw, the one with the slot in it. Turn it Clockwise to tighten it and it will keep your visor up. Mine loosen all the time, I've actually had them fall out if they're not snugged up. If that doesn't do it, then it's the plastic ratchet piece just underneath that maybe broken or loose.
