Looks like a simple mount, pick the grill you like and
fab up a mount kit. just leave room so as not to
singe the paint.

A side shelf out of an old fridge shelf would be nice.

I do not like the side mount grills. Buy something that sets up not next to the camper.

I have one on the boat that is on a pivoting arm that swings over the gun wall that would work good on a camper check overtons

We have one like you are talking about in the picture, on our Jayco trailer. We like it alot. It allows you to cook something small, while still cooking the main meal over the fire. For us the gas line is right below the grill, and it is an easy hook-up. We have never had an issue with smoke going into the camper from the grill. I only wish it was under the awning, for those rainy days. It is small. I would recommend it, we like it.

Looks cheaply built and you know it will be over priced if it is an option. Does the lid touch the paint on the side when raised? Mot sure if I would want open flames that close to a new trailer. Also what about grease splattering on your trailer? Table top model will do the job for safer, less expensive cooking.

It's not top of the line, but not to bad either. I've never had an issue with splatter. The lid does not touch the camper. The flames are under a sheild, so they are not really open. The unit sits in a metal frame that keeps it 6 inches or so from the camper.

It's hard to tell in Mikes Picture how far it is set off from the camper. Camping is so "Not Camping" any more.

When I bought my 1st RV I purchased the RVG and thought it was ok/convient. When I purchased my 2nd one, I kept the grill because the new one had mounting brackets on it. I do not recommend mounting it under your awning as smoke will find its way into your trailer. I would look for one that is mobile that you can rig up to your propane system with a quick connect. The red one from coleman is a popular choice.

I have the Coleman ( RED ) 1 for my sons baseball team. It folds up/down, has a handle to pull, we bought the " griddles " solid plates and always cook on foil. It's OK for travel & baseball game cooking. If your into cooking or BBQ-smoking it has it's limitations. limited temp control stuff like that but is convenient for what we use it for. There are 2 products that you might be interested in for camping / bbq / smoking , a Big Green EGG or a Bubba Keg. Get them hot and they will keep heat for 12+ hrs. Different kind of cooking but might be enjoyable for camping.

When I camp I have used a cast iron grill over the campfire. Very easy, great flavor. Cost was about $20 at Walmart. Just a thought.
