I have a 2004 RX-1 ER and a 2005 RX-1 ER LE. Just bought them both and i'm new to sledding. I'm wanting to buy new carbides for both sleds but it appears i have two totally different sets of skis on these sleds. One pair looks to have 4 bolt holes and the other pair appear to have 6. Can anyone help me identify these skis so i can purchase new carbides?

if u cant find a diagram call woodys or bergstrum tell them your center to centers . or centers from fr bolt to last .these guys know the bolt patterns of every carbide off the top of there head

They did not come with the 6 pattern. Your 4 pattern might be stock.

I know one thing they are not water skies

Take off the carbide and take it with you they will match them up, or call tech support for woody's but you will need to have a one out of each and a tape measure.

i was thinking the 4 bolt ones were the stock ones as well. i'll take a measurement on the others. is it safe to assume that all 6 studs sticking up through the ski are permanently affixed to the wear bar?

They are both stock skis. 2003 and 2004 used the ones with the aluminum "saddles". In 2005 they went to the all plastic skis. They are called saddle less. There were three different keels on the all plastic skis. I don't remember if the ones with the saddles had different keels. You should be able to order the carbides by the application (year, make and model). If you need more help I can get my manual out and get the details on the skis.

I should have added that I believe they use the same carbides as long as the keel is the same. The studs on the carbides will be different lengths depending on the keel. 2 of the bolts (2nd and 5th from the front) in the aluminum saddles are used to hold the saddle to the ski and don't need to be removed to get the carbide off.

thanks guys. i appreciate the input. i was hoping they were both stock. these are low mileage sleds and i was really doubting either set of skis had been changed.
