It's ok because the tow truck has the &uckin huge DPF filter for emissions hanging under it so it's not bad for the ozone just like my Volt.

O wait you mean to tell me that the emissions systems now make the mpg a lot worse and when they regen and self clean the dpf system they pollute still!?!?!
