bought a new pair of Castle barrier boots from kens sports at the snow show this past october,used the boots for one weekend and noticed the stitching on the top right of the boot was pulling out.to say i was less than impressed would be an under statement.I called Randy at Ken's sports last thursday and explained the situation ,
he called Castle and got me a return authorization #.I sent the boots out friday and Castle received them on monday...I called Scott at Castle tuesday afternoon to see if they had a chance to inspect them he said yes and we are going to replace the boots for you, they are being sent out speedee delivery this afternoon..
My new boots showed up wednesday..
Now thats customer service boys.......I am impressed and will most likely by from Kens and Castle again !!
