Shows how vulnerble we are out here. That slide hill looks like a bunny hill, but it happens.

The hill appears to be the leeward side based on cornicing above where he got stuck. He also says it was around 2PM... what were the temperatures? You can see pinwheels at the base of the hill from previous people... these are good indicators of a possible wet slab slide which this looks like. At least his friends weren't sitting in the runout like a bunch of ducks.
