Not sure how I feel on this one...thing is next time I stop by the RBs and the wife is back in lando I can not use the excuse that I did not get her "reminder" call to come in for the night. And that was the excuse I used during the "Paulding Experiment" night...

I have to say it is very funny to hear all the people wishing for no coverage, don't get me wrong I don't even have a real cell phone, just an emergency pay as you go one, which has always been funny to me because most places have no coverage lol

Anyway back to the point most all of our guests ask us either on the phone when making a reservation or when checking in "how's the cell coverage?" "where do we have to go to get service?" and it seems most of the posts are the opposite. Just surprising thought people would be saying "great"

Well there's definately pros and cons. I never have any service north of Rhinelander. It is nice not to have the office calling but I really want to be able to make a call in the case of an emergency. Which brings me to ask cause it was just discussed this morning in my office. Is there difference service for a Sprint phone vs. a Nextel phone (which is now Sprint)? I was told Sprint is spotty in the Keeweenaw but my Nextel phone gets NOTHING north of Rhinelander.

Our group all has different service providers. It is extremely rare if all work at the same time. I used to have Sprint phone and gave up on them because it worked the least.
