Hmmm. You must have a A. Cat. The chain case on my Polaris is square. Similar in design, but square is much more effective. It's what all the mfg's will be running within the next 3-5 yrs. Mark my words!

Holy crap! Thats the worst chaincase I've ever seen! Might have to scrap the whole sled and start fresh!

While we are talken chain cases i am a fixin to change the erl in mine whats bestest to put back in er ? I dont like the stuff thats in er it stinks real bad.

A few new sled neck stickers on the hood should make all of the above problems go away. Plus a 10hp gain per sticker!

I always pour a few handfuls of sand in there as it will absorb moisture and keep the needle bearings shiny, kinda like the cracker in the sugar jar
