I grill like a psycho all year long. Go through maybe 40 bags of charcoal a year!

I love it, maybe it will snuff me out some year but idc.

Salmon, tater, beans, and zucchini

Year around grill action here too. My menu isn't nearly as nice. I just throw some hunks of meat on the grill about 300 times a year. I have the early version of the performer grill and refillable tank. I like the setup with easy lighting and wood flavor.
The company has been pleasantly good for getting parts. Mine is about 25 years old. Some items just wear out with that many cycles. I've replaced the kettle a few times. The ash cleaners usually about once a year. I used to replace the igniter system every couple seasons but now just use a long stem flexi lighter. I may have to switch up to the newer version of this grill when the frame finally gives out. It looks like those components are not around anymore.:( I'll miss the refillable tank and lidded charcoal bin.

Whoa, now that's my kind of dinner for sure! Fish, green beans, zukes, and taters! Sign me up, eh.
