Cool

Just think if you study and pay attention in classes, you too can one day do this type of work. It all takes math............

back in my days, i programed and set up C.N.C. machines. worked with them for about 15 years. they just keep getting better and better.

Deckel Maho is like a prototype in production, they have gremlins and i dont think youll find anyone that has had confidence in one, anyone else chime in on this?

We have DMU 50's and 70's at my work, Never had any problems at all, Except a relay that blew once, Had them for 4 yrs now running them 6 day's a week. 5 axis is definetly a different ball game to learn, But it is an amazing time saver and money maker, Now that helmet is very impressive, Curious to know what programming software was used for that.

I love watching CNC machines! I have designed several 2-D equine designs that the local CNC shop cuts for me. Totally awesome, thanks for sharing!

WOW that is cool. I am probably dating myself now but I can remember when it was just NC Tapes. No computers. Just three axis. I worked on the old tape systems that used the Binary code. They just started introducing PC's when I got out of it. The progress if very cool.
