Christmas week on the north shore

Spent the 26th thru 31st up at our cabin near Finland,MN. WE got up there on the 26th and it didn't stop snowing until the 29th and we picked up 14" of LES. It was my daughters first opportunity to ride on her own also so we didn't put on lots of miles. Trails around Finland were good. They had them all groomed and the NSST was prety good, we only ran it as far as the Tomahawk turn off which was rough up to the Trestle. Forest roads were excellent, we were running a road on Friday where I was pushing snow over the hood all the way down it. Didn't get many trail pics but got a good one of my son blasting the snow on a lake on his sisters 440.

Looks good Elf! I'm sure it was a huge kick for your daughter to ride her own sled!

We are heading to Finland in 5 hrs and 11 minutes but who's counting?!

I'm sure we will end the days at the Wildhurst on the way back to a buds cabin on the Cramer rd.

Just hoping my throttle thumb remembers how things work!! Should be a gas.

When you are the Wildhurst look by Leroy's phone and there is a drawing he has on his cabinet that my daughter colored for him 6 yrs ago. He laughed when we pulled up last weekend on sleds and said he can't believe that little girl that colored that for him is now riding her own sled.
