Is any body running the cobra 1.3 track? I have a 09 1200 tnt with the 1" ripsaw, I was looking for alittle more traction. I was also looking at the 1.25" ripsaw.

the 1.25 ripsaw is a 100% trail track. It "bites" into hard packed snow almost like studs do. The cobra is more for loose snow, can be used for off-trailing, but still a very good trail track.

I have a 1.25 inch camoplast predator track that i think works pretty well on various trail conditions.Maybe its worth checking out.

I switched from the ripsaw to the cobra and couldn't be happier. The cobra outshines the ripsaw in every category except sliding around corners. It bites harder in the corners. As far as longevity goes time will time. MY cobra is only a single ply track also...

I have a 136" ripsaw and was going to stud it , but the more I think about it I like the thought of going to the cobra better.Does that cobra push in the corners too the point that it hinders handling much? How has hyfax wear been when riding trails compared to the ripsaw?I'm not sure if I could go to the single ply on my '01 sx-r 700, your feedback is appreciated.
