Sent our 900's in on Oct. 25, 2011 after calling them (used new numbers on their new web site)(also have new mailing address!! ) Received them back Dec. 8 working well as much as we can tell with out being out riding. and The price was right!! Sounds like they are back in business and trying hard to improve their image.
