Collett (Great News)

I called collett for a charger that plugs into the wall. Left mine in a hotel room last season. They answered first ring!!!! In years past I would have to call a hundred times before somebody picked up. I called today wondering if they where even in business anymore. They have turned over a new leaf I guess!!!! They also said they where clearancing out that model charger so it would only be $5!!!

Call now if you had trouble in the past I guess!

Are you assuming they are turning over a new leaf? Or did they actually say they were? You may have just reached the liquidator.

It was collett, very helpful. I actually asked why they answered the phone so quickly (LOL). Also, asked her If they where under new ownership and why they where being so polite. Couldn't believe it.

^that is funny^ Several years ago I had issues with them, could not get it handled. I sent them a nasty letter stating the issues I had and that I was sure to past them on to all the (potential customers) people that ask me how I liked the units. I'll be danged if I didn't get a call from them asking me to send them in for inspection and upgrade. Not 1 cent charged to me and I also got new batteries and 1 new carrier.
