Cooke City June 7th-11th

Crossing one off the bucket list. With the record snow fall this winter in Cooke City we are hoping to have some fun in the sun and snow. conditions right now show 100"+ still on the ground in the higher elevations might not be ideal but who cares its riding in June.
who's up for some late season riding?
We are leaving Minnesota on the 7th and plan on riding on the 8th anyone interested in joining us?

but if you do, that will be a great memory for sure!
take lots of pic's and share here, come June, things get slow you know !

We did make it and had a blast!!! it was a lot of fun because we were able to explore areas that we don't go in the winter because of avalanche danger. We found the abundance cabin they have a web cam that takes a photo every hour on the hour look up abundancecabin.com it is in the middle of no where. We even came upon fresh grizzly bear tracks I will see if I can figure out how to down load pics. I did share them on facebook if your a member of sledderz2.0 group you can see them.

that's awesome, and I bet you all had a awesome time and some memories that will last forever
I haven't been in that area in a LONG time, and last time I was there was in the fall, end of Oct, me and my dog went for a ride up as far as we could till snow got too deep LOL
love to get back out again some day! this time with a sled again!
