I am sure that all the down hill walking at the falls didn't help. Oh well it was too much fun and I would do it again in a heartbeat. When do ya want to go again? Not for a couple days until my knees straighten out. Getting better each day.

I hate paying after playing.....the new neck was a little sore after wearing a helmet and with the wind so strong pushing on it when we were riding the 4 wheelers.....good first run for the neck...bunch a cripples...I love it...

Whoever said the golden years are golden didn't know what they were talking about. They are good except for all the aches and pains that sucks!!

Had cortizone shot in the knee. Hurt like ****,about threw up. Pain was better for a few days but came back just as bad. Went to chiropractor and found out my hips were out of place making me work on the side of my knee. Few adjustment later knee was better not too much longer and the pain was gone.

That's the way of the past getting shots. Ask your doctor about Iontophoresis. It's a non-intrusive way to administer the steroids through the skin via a small electrical charge. I went through 2 months of PT for severe tennis elbow and the Ionto really helped alot and I couldn't even feel the electricity running into my arm. If it wasn't for that I probably wouldn't have even drove my sled this past winter..
