Crossing Portage Canal by ramada to the campground

Anyone crossed the ice lately? Haven't been up there for s couple weeks . Thinking of backpack trip and worried about bridge gates being locked before I come back Saturday morning.

As of last Sunday (March 26) there were a lot of tracks across the canal heading to Ramada Inn

we crossed on the bridge
