I let Kip know in late Fall I wanted to buy a low mile used Apex XTX & if it had warranty all the better & I needed to trade in my cherry 2007 Apex Attak as part of the deal. At that time nothing fitting that description was available so Kip contacted me from time to time & told me to keep the faith. In December a call from Kip saying "Pete I think I will have what you want around Xmas" needless to say my excitement level went through the roof. As always I let Kip know what accessories I need transferred from Attak & set a price for new studs & beefed up tunnel proctectors. I had Kip check out price of a new iceripper track but was just too much lean green for my budget. A week later Kip calls says "Pete I have used iceripper track if you want it & will reduce price by $50 from the cost of new studs"? We are both that is a no brainer "HECK YES"!! So now I wait..... trying my best to NOT be a PITA to Kip on timing. Saturday the entire plan came to fruition a used 2012 Black Apex with 1400 miles with 3 year warranty & iceripper track was loaded into my trailer equipped exactly as I wanted!!!!!!
I'm very pleased with Pat's service over many years & Kip knows his customers like the back of his hand. This is how I like to do biz with people that partner with you & want your biz. I talked to other dealers & words like "we are not obligated to take trades" entered the conversation so for me only 1 dealer to consider & that is Pat's.
So the moral of the "Pat's" story is if your like dominos get in the game sooner or later you WIN the championship. My 2007 Apex Attak was out the door to another winner as soon as Pat's could change the oil. LOL
