Dealed called...no burndown...broken exhaust valve!

One piston was destroyed by the power valve - it entered the cylinder and took out some chunks and actually stalled the engine just as I rolled to a stop.

The logic for replacing the other piston is, the engine is completely apart so replace everything and (hopefully) never have it apart again.

I'll be keeping the good piston as a spare. I hope I never need it!

The valve in my 06 600 are stainless, I watched 4 Poo 700s rebuilt last season on the count of faulty/broken/damaged aluminum valves, make sure the ones that go back in your 600 are steel.
