O.K. Mother Nature,...

You must be ready to pass out, from all the gut-splitting laughter
of watching all of us snow lovers moan in disgust.

Some winters you throw us a bone and have great snows for us to
play in,.... and then laugh at us with a big January and February thaw,..
and at the end of the season, when our sleds are put away and the trails are closed,... dump a foot of unecessary white gold on us, just to torture us!

Well, it looks like another joke you pulled on us again THIS year,...
Bravo!
O.K.,.... How 'bout a White Christmas this year,... and NO THAWS in
January and Feburary, AND torture us with such massive snowfalls at
such frequent intervals,... that we can't keep up with it?
Does that sound like a fair trade off?
Can't you see it now? All of us huffing and puffing, trying to find a
spot to put it all?
And keeping it around past Easter making all the non-snowmobilers
VERY ticked off?
C'mon,...
Doesn't That seem like a fair trade?
Hmmmmm?
Make all the NON snow lovers ticked off :)
There are many more of them anyway.
Sounds like a fair trade to me!

Snow baby! Make it SNOW!

This reminds me of the old margarine commercial that finished with the line "It's not nice to fool Mother Nature." Looking at this year, someone must have - she's upset about something.

Well, we did finally change from rain, rain-snow to snow late yesterday. Awoke this morning to about 5" of fresh. It is a Re-Start at least. It's a good thing too, I was getting ready to start riding the Kirby Vacume cleaner on the plush carpeting just to see the marks left behind!:eek: I think I will have to get into a serious Zen/ Bleezard state of mind & add a mix of Heikkii Lunta! Let's see how that cocktail works out.-Mezz

I agree - there A LOT more people that don't like snow & cold. Mother Nature needs to piss them off instead.

laughing at me,... cuz I want it to SNOW!
They are telling me how stupid me and my friends are to own
Snowmobiles. (You know,... those motorized vehicles that ride on snow?)

and You must be laughing so hard at me and my friends,....

How bout Giving me the FLU???

lasts well into April!
Now THAT would really PIZZ OFF the Non-Snow people,...

Well Mother Nature, I guess I can cut you a teeny weeny bit of slack,...
for at least giving my friends in some parts,.... a little HOPE.
But what about NE Cheeseland?

1/8" and 40 for Friday?
UGH!!!!
I will trailer the sled Friday to FIND some snow. By the sounds of it
I may only have to trailer it 2 hours to the Crystal Falls/Amasa area.
With NO groom-able snows in the 16 day forecast locally,.....
that leaves only (by past winter experiences) around 10 possible weeks
of riding locally.
Bummer Man.

And I was even willing to get the flu.

To Da U.P. I Go!

Bigvin,

I sure feel your pain. Living on the wrong side of the lake for LES is not fun. Especially when I am driving to work and I can see the LES clouds over the lake.
