Scottiking, I hear you. This winter has been a great one to keep a guy in shape around here. Nice and handy that the snow shovel has about the same grip shape as the handlebars. Our snowbird neighbors have been kind enough to leave their driveways for me to clean as well.

BigVin, I hate to see you guys keep getting missed out there, but it has brought out some creative writing.

I wish everyone would get nailed with snow

I know it's easier said than done but make the move to the UP. People would ask "why would you move here" and i say "cause it's were the homes are cheap and the snows deep". Now on the downside getting stuck in your drive and shoveling snow into banks that are 6 feet high are not fun"...

CIMG0201 is a pic taken at the end of my driveway at Houghton Lake, BEFORE the big snowstorm hit last week

CIMG0202 The space between garages at our Midland, MI house. Taken the day after the storm. That pile is just from the top third of the driveway, on the rest I have a lot more room to spread it out.

snowpacalypse is me clearing the Houghton Lake driveway three days after the storm. You can't see the mound from the first picture, but it's actually gotten shorter, but much wider as I tried to distribute the snow. The blower would not throw the snow over the top anymore.

It’s going to be hard enough to keep one area of good snow for March, Mrs. Summer is already complaining that our son Spring is driving her crazy, all cooped up, I can’t wait till he is 12 and I can send him to ride with you guys all winter, and can send Mrs Summer on a 9 month vacation to Australia with our daughter Autumn….

It's about time you stood up for yourself. I just can't believe how long you've been able to just sit back and take the abuse without saying a word. The only way to "salvage" any "Winter" is for a dry windy day to "dry"
