Wife and I are staying in the dells last weekend of september, going to Warrens Cranberry Fest one day and bringing boat with to explore the lower dells river way and do a little fishing, can anyone recommend any good fishing spots on river that way? from boat tours we have taken dont remember any back waters to explore and I know river widens into a lake at one point, or is the upper dells river way a better fishing destination. I know there are lakes in the area but want to mix sight seeing, relaxing and fishing all on one trip on the river. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
