A tornado a few weeks ago took out a barn a few miles away from me. The motor somehow was blown about 20 feet away from the cement slab it was sitting on while inside of a barn. Farmers had no clue how to get rid of it (too heavy) well, me and 3 other buds took a mustang hood, a few boards and used them as ramps, had to get the thing UP onto the cement slab (3-4 foot drop) and then used the boards as ramps again and slide the motor and hood up into the back of the truck with chains, we pulled it up like we were playing tug-of-war lol. Also got a ton of copper wire, and a pennzoil oil drum and the hood. it's navy blue, and in good shape, but we'll probably scrap it, which is what we're doing with the motor. We took $25 worth of lawn mower parts and other random stuff there today. Went to the barn, picked up the stuff, went to subway, ate supper and tore the whole thing apart in about 2 hours. Nothing like an impact wrench can't handle! Got quite a few pics... enjoy... the rusty motor! lol
