I would bet the old edge style would be close in size to your zr. U are going to have to make a cardboard template of the inside of your foot well and see what sleds u can get a insert for your template drops in to the best .
if u go the cut out rout .and IMHO anything else is a wast of time heck I put tubular boards on my sled and still carry a rubber mallet in the trunk for build up. a few small holes just wasting time if riding in any kind of deep sticky snow.
best thing is painted tunnels dont know why the mountain sleds stoped that for for a few yrs but finally a few are back to powder coating the raw alloy snow magnet tunnels
poo hands down has the best boards on the hill now if they just started powder coating them they would be best ever
