DIY - Homemade Plywood Roll Ramp

Looking to make my own roll ramp and wanted to see if anyone had good designs.

I built a ramp this year from two products and it works well.

Bought this ramp from Menards (was on sale for 79.99).

Bought these NOS Caliber grip glides and custom screws from E-Bay (was on sale for $33.95).

Should work on those trips when it is cold and no/low snowfall is predicted and keep me from driving off the side of motel snow piles.
