Does March typically offer good riding in the UP

More daylight hours

One thing I really like about riding in March is that the additional hours of daylight really start to be noticeable.

Best riding of the year, low traffic/never bitter cold/days are lighter longer/same amount of grooming for near perfert trails.

Unfortunately because of global warming we soon won't be able to ride in January and February either. Damn that Al Gore.

March is usually good to us. A few pics from last year, March 13-15. 60 and sunny when we left that Monday. Trails went from rideable, to, umm, not so much.
