Well, the last trip over the weekend was the best all year. Now I've decided I'm done.

I found a leftover 2012 Pro-R Switchback in snowcheck orange for $9200 out the door. I have to buy it! Come on next season!

Is everyone else calling it quits?

I agree that last weekend was the best of the year. I'm hoping for one more weekend in the back country but the forcast isn't looking to promising so yea proly done for the year. I would head up this weekend but am in the middle of doing some work in the house and want to get it finished.
Either way I had a great year!!

I was up last weekend for this big snow and I am glad to end the season on a high note. Time to work on the sleds and get ready for next season.

Unless something changes drastically, I'm done. :( You won't be disappointed in that new Switchy! Great color too. Be sure to wait and see if Polaris comes out with any special programs to match what Ski Doo is doing. Good luck!

I'm done for this season also. I had a great last trip of the year this past weekend. I'm a little depressed as always at the end of winter but at least it ended with a big snow and an awesome ride.

Polarice: GET THAT SLED! :)
You deserve it. And next year you will enjoy it!

I bought my new sled 3 weeks before Christmas,....
Had to wait until mid-January to trailer it up to the U.P.,...
But Mother Nature pulled through here and I finally got to
put almost 200miles on locally. Yesterday was one of the best
rides all year! Freshly groomed trails for Me and my buddy,...
45 degree temps,.... all to ourselves. So as the day was closing,
and the trails were literally melting behind us,... All was good.
It is drip-drying in the garage with 825 happy miles on it.
Time to think spring. Currently 58 here.

Happy Trails!
:)

I left on a high note last weekend too. I washed and waxed the sled and trailer today and put them away, took the plow off the 4 wheeler and put it away too. Since it was 66 degrees today and I had time, I got the boat and mower out, serviced and ready to go. Winter toys put away, summer toys are out.

Sounds like most are having a good end.

The dealer will do $9175 out the door. I just can't pass it up. Especially since its in the orange color! Pulled the trigger. Unless something goofy happens with financing, I'll be picking up the sled very soon. Should I fog it or just let it sit? Don't they have a coating or something in the motor when they're brand new?

Ask the dealer? A lot of times they will run them to make sure everything is working. If the sled has not been set up yet to go out the door they might not have and you could ask them not too. Otherwise fog it when you get it home.

Bigdaddy got an assault switchback and was lucky enough to get some miles on it last week.

Done? Who knows! We were up in the northwoods of WI for the dumping and finished off the weekend with some off trail playing tho and can't think of any better way to end the season if that was it.

Show us the pics if you get the sled!! :)

Im not done untill the fat lady sings on April 1st, couldnt get up north this past weekend, was planning on going this weekend, but all my buddies are backing out, anyone going up this weekend? taking the family up the 23rd, reguardless if there is any snow, hopefully there is.

If that truely is the "out the door cost" thats a steal!! Watch it with lots of dealers they throw in them extra charges at the end and u end up payin more. Biggest BS charge is Freight or Shipping...When i worked at the polaris dealer they dont get charged shipping. polaris covers that bill

I just posted my Assault on the classifieds and a few other sides for sale...what a weird feeling! youll love that Pro R!

Rode with a '12 Pro R Switchback 800 for 400 miles. It seemed like a nice sled. Suspension worked very well. Only complaint was that side panels didn't fit that good. It was his first miles of the year and it scoots pretty good up to 100. His log indicater showed a top speed of 106 which doesn't seem too bad for a sled that is not even broken in yet. Go for it.
