Hello, Quick question for the Polaris folks out there. I have a 2007 Polaris Dragon 700 that likes to back fire everytime I put in in reverse. (After being idled down) Then when put back into forward it like's to back fire again. It has PERC and CFI Any info would be great. THANKS NOSPARKPLUGS

pull your air box and check the intake boot. They are common for delaminating. Polaris claims the replacements are better. Every 07-08 we have into the shop we check that and 90% are bad. Could be sucking air?

Check the T.P.S. setting.

If the T.P.S. is out of adjustment, it will act like that

There's a thread on SnoWest, IQ section, "INCREASING YOUR IQ"

All the info is there on how to do it your self

I had the same question... Good info.
BTW - my friends just thought it only backfires when they have clean underwear on. :p

Answers (Just got the sled out of storage)

Running Champion RN57YCC, 91 octane fuel. Checked boots last year and they looked great. I have a aftermarket can on it and was wondering if that had something to do with it? Also checked the T.P.S. last year and was good.
