What oil are you using in your 600 e-tec if not BRP Syn blend, I don't want this to turn into one of those oil again issues, just curious what oil other than BRP oil some of you are using & for how long.(miles)
im not a doo guy but i would just stick with doo oil. Those things dont use much oil to begin with. My buddy has 1700 miles on his 12 800 etec and went through 2 gallons this year.
I run the xps syn blend, have a 09 with 8000 miles had the engine rebuilt by a reputable company and they said the engine was in great shape. Also have 2010 with 6500 miles and no problems I won't ever change unless skidoo changes or something changes. Just my 2 cents.

Pretty much the same with my 150 etec outboard just use the BRP oil bought a **** load & just sits on the shelf does not use much so why not support my dealer get a gallon for like $25 he likes me.lol
