rebuild primary clutch (weight start rubbing spider on left side 7700 mile on ) I put in a aftermarket primary
kit with new bushing, rollers and pins, buttons and weight pins with new polaris clutch weights.
600 miles later the weight are favoring the left side of clutch and the roller look to be chew up some with a
ridge on the right side of rollers .what happening here.

sounds like either you still have a roller issue or a weight bushing/pin issue. This tends to happen on higher horsepower sleds prematurely but 600 miles seems awefully early mind sharing what brand kit?

I hate to say it but with that mileage on that clutch and you saying that the weight cut a groove in the spider its time to replace the clutch. Its just a matter of time when the spider brakes and wrecks something else.

x2=replace the clutch! now that it has rubbed and taken material off=the clutch is no longer balanced
