Electrical hook up on a non-electric start 2004 F5

Where is the best place to get electric for a heated shield and compass on the above sled?

If you look under the guages there will be an accessory outlet. If you go to the cat dealer they sell the accessory outlet plug it just plugs in with no splicing at least for youre heated sheild.
