Fall Colors

Finished our fall color tour today. 769 miles in 3 days. Took H-58 to Grand Marais.
H-58 from miners castle to Kingston plains was beautiful! Tons of color, as was H-77 leaving Grand Marais.
Funny how one area be can so green few miles later colors just pop.
Heres pic towards Grand Island can see not much color there yet.

Was out and about both days this past weekend - Saturday in the Keweenaw and Sunday in the Huron Mountains. Both areas I would estimate were a few days away from true peak, although as long as there isn't too much rain/wind this week there will still be plenty of color around up here next weekend, especially near the lake.
