Fall is in the air here in Northern IL

Is is a brisk 57 degrees here with a nice wind. A few more boat rides and the boat comes out of the water and the sled gets to feel loved again. Hay Days in two weeks. I thought this time would never come.

57 Degrees in Neenah, Wisconsin this morning. The first of the Maples are starting to turn color and the Field Corn is ripening. Time for a Cool Change!

I love it as well! It's always exciting when September and October roll around. The weather folks are calling for scattered frost this weekend (away from Lake Superior) in northern MN and northern WI. Very fun!

I think this is the first day my nad's aren't stuck to the side of my legs in three months. How sweet it is!

Down right nasty here in the Keweenaw!! We came home from Green bay today and it is 46 outside, rainy, with high winds. Only about 15 degrees from white stuff.

Winnntttterrrrr is calling us Dee'ers.

Last year the first accumulation was on October 10th. Hopefully this year will be in September.

Great weather today... can't wait to mow a couple lawns tomorrow when its not gonna be over 60 degrees out!

I wonderful 44 degrees this morning when I came out of the house to head to work. Can't wait to burn my 2 weeks of vacation riding sled......
